Scooter J. was the big dog in town, the leader if you will. He controlled everything in this town. However, this dog had a secret he was actually a wimp. Spencer was the real brains in this town, but kept to himself and had Scooter J. as his lap dog.

Scooter J. or Scoot couldn't think for himself. He always had someone out there with him! Only he knew that the quiet dog was the big dog. Scooter only had the position because Spencer was aging. When Spence might not be with him he would not be the big dog because of his cowardness. It would go to snoopy.

One dreadful night Spencer passed. In his will he left Scooter the position saying I believe in you.
